These terms govern your use of jonparts.com (the “Site”) and any order you place with Jonparts (“we”, “us”, “our”). Please read them before ordering.

1. Contact

Jonparts is an independent brand selling aftermarket automotive accessories. You can reach us at info@jonparts.com — we reply within 24 hours on working days.

2. Placing an order

By placing an order you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a contract and that the information you give us is correct and complete. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation.

We may refuse or cancel an order if the goods are unavailable, if the price or description was shown in error, if the order appears fraudulent, or if we cannot ship to your address. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it in full.

3. Prices and payment

Prices shown to EU customers include VAT. Prices may change at any time before we accept an order, but never after. Payment is taken in full at checkout through the payment methods shown there. Card payments are subject to authorization by your card issuer.

4. Delivery

Delivery times, taxes and duties are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.

5. Cancellation, returns and refunds

If you are an EU/EEA or UK consumer you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Your full rights, our 30-day return promise, the two-year legal guarantee and the model cancellation form are set out in our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Product compatibility and fitting

Our products are aftermarket accessories. It is your responsibility to check that a product fits your key or vehicle before ordering — if you are unsure, email us first and we will check for you. We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect fitting or installation by you or a third party. If we have described a product’s compatibility incorrectly, that is our mistake and your statutory rights apply in full.

7. Trademarks

Jonparts is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by BMW AG, Mercedes-Benz Group AG, Audi AG, Porsche AG, Volkswagen AG, Tesla Inc. or any other vehicle manufacturer. Brand and model names are used only to describe which keys and vehicles our products fit. All trademarks remain the property of their owners. See our Trademark Disclaimer.

8. Accuracy of the Site

We do our best to describe and photograph products accurately, but colors can appear differently on different screens. We may correct errors in prices, descriptions or availability at any time, including after you have placed an order — if we do, we will tell you and you may cancel.

9. Your privacy

How we handle your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss you suffer because you used a product in a way it was not intended. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under applicable law — and nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, this does not deprive you of the protection afforded by the mandatory consumer law of your own country, and you may bring proceedings there.

If something goes wrong, please contact us first at info@jonparts.com — we resolve almost everything directly and quickly. The European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform ceased operating on 20 July 2025. We are not obliged to, and do not, participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order.
