We want you to be happy with what you bought. Here is exactly where you stand.
1. Your right to cancel (EU/EEA and UK customers)
You may cancel your order within 14 days of the day you, or someone you name, receives the goods. You do not need to give a reason. To cancel, email info@jonparts.com with your order number, or use the model form at the end of this page. We confirm every cancellation by email.
2. Our 30-day return promise (all customers)
Beyond the statutory 14 days we voluntarily accept returns for any reason within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging and in resalable condition.
3. What cannot be returned
Items showing signs of use or installation cannot be returned.
4. Return shipping
You pay return shipping, unless the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered — in those cases we pay. Please use a tracked service: we cannot refund a return that never reaches us.
5. Refunds
We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item, usually within 3–5 business days. If the item was faulty or wrong, we also refund the original standard delivery cost.
6. Faulty or damaged goods — 2-year legal guarantee
If you are an EU or UK consumer, you have a statutory two-year guarantee that the goods conform to the contract. If something is wrong, email info@jonparts.com with your order number and photos, and we will repair, replace or refund. LED lighting products carry an additional one-year manufacturer warranty.
Please tell us about transport damage as soon as you reasonably can, ideally within 14 days, so we can claim against the carrier. This request does not limit your statutory rights.
