Jonparts is an independent brand. We design and sell aftermarket automotive accessories. We are not a vehicle manufacturer, a dealer, or an authorized supplier to any of them.

Jonparts is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to BMW AG, Mercedes-Benz Group AG, Audi AG, Porsche AG, Volkswagen AG, Tesla, Inc., or any other vehicle manufacturer, nor with any of their subsidiaries, dealers or licensees. No commercial relationship of any kind exists or is implied.

Why manufacturer names appear on this site

Vehicle makes, models and key generations are named for one reason only: to tell you which key our product fits. This is descriptive use to indicate the intended purpose of an accessory, which is permitted under Article 14(1)(c) of Regulation (EU) 2017/1001 on the European Union trade mark and the equivalent provisions in other jurisdictions. A manufacturer’s name is never used as the name or identity of our products.

Trademarks and logos

All manufacturer names, model names, emblems and logos are the property of their respective owners. We do not reproduce, imitate or apply any manufacturer logo, emblem, badge or wordmark on our products, our packaging, our photography or our advertising. If you see a vehicle emblem in one of our images, it belongs to the customer’s own key or vehicle and is not part of what we sell.

Our products are not OEM

Nothing we sell is an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) part, an OEM replacement, or covered by any manufacturer warranty. Our products are aftermarket accessories, designed and produced for Jonparts. Fitting an aftermarket accessory does not affect your vehicle warranty, but we make no representation on behalf of any manufacturer.

Rights holders

We take intellectual property seriously, both our own and everyone else’s. If you are a rights holder, or act for one, and believe that anything on this site infringes your rights, email info@jonparts.com with the details. We review every notice and act on valid ones promptly, without requiring a formal complaint first.
